Those of us who live here can experience, all year round, the tranquillity of the secluded coves, wooded river valleys, lush pastures, and spectacular hills and moorland which are an unchanging feature of the West Country's landscape. Improved road networks mean that you can travel to the holiday cottages of your dreams in under 3 hours from London.
Our Grade 2 listed self catering cottages have been awarded "4 Stars" - one of the English Tourist Board's top grades, and are situated in a secluded area well away from noise pollution in the picturesque Axe Valley, which is on the South Devon coast between the resorts of Sidmouth and Lyme Regis which are part of the World Heritage Coastline and in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Our rental properties, which are listed in the Doomsday Book of 1086, offer views of green fields and the freedom of tranquil woodland walks, farm tours, nature trails and picnic sites where you could encounter farm animals such as ewes and their lambs peacefully munching grass, or even Nobby and Norma - our 2 fully grown 7 feet tall ostriches - the World's largest flightless birds - who may even entertain you with their crazy mating dance in full view of our luxury holiday rentals !!
Let the children see the Sheep being sheared or feed
baby lambs with milk from a bottle. How would they like to hold a
baby lamb just after it has been born ?

Holidays away from home should be a treat for all the family. The old adage that "you get what you pay for" is reflected in our tariff.
Charges are based on Saturday to Saturday bookings (Brandy's and Ashley's are Friday to Friday) with the option of taking short breaks or extra nights out of season.
Prices range from £199 - £1450 per week
Phone Us for a quote on your holiday, as we may be able to offer you further discounts for out of season, or last minute bookings !!
A 20% deposit is required by post to secure your family accommodation which can be provisionally booked by phone.
Reductions will be considered for smaller parties out of season

Ashley's
House (2 bedrooms - 800 sq ft) and Brandy's
Cottage (1 bedroom - 408 sq ft). Both have 4 Poster Beds, ensuite bathrooms,
jacuzzi, fully fitted kitchens with timber decking overlooking the Axe
Valley.
Provision is made for a cot and Put-Up bed for an extra
person in each cottage .
